While we'd hate to see you leave, you may cancel a monthly membership at any time. 

Please allow three days prior to your billing date for your cancellation to process. Cancellations will be effective on the same day, and all access to the member benefits will be lost at that time.

Simply email [email protected] to request a cancellation.

Due to the digital nature of this membership, no refunds will be offered.

You will be locked in at the current monthly rate as long as you remain within the group. If you cancel and rejoin later, it will be at the current advertised rate.

Yearly memberships renew yearly on the date of the anniversary of joining. Due to the highly discounted nature of a yearly membership, there are no cancellations or refunds on the yearly plans.

You will be charged immediately upon sign up. 

For courses or workshops with one time payment, there will be no additional payments.

For memberships with recurring payments, continuing payments are automatically processed from the payment method you've chosen, on the same date every month. For example, if you join on the 6th of the month, your payment will be processed on the 6th of each subsequent month until or unless you request cancellation. 

If Your Payment is Processed through PayPal, simply log in to your PayPal account and manage your credit cards there.
